At the 2003 AGM it was decided that it was not in the best interests of the residents and owners of Baltic Quay for the general public to be able to read the information contained on this website.

In accordance with this the website now requires a simple password for access. This password was given in an introductory letter to be sent shortly by the new managing agents. You can also request the password by email to Helen Jones managers@newtonjones.co.uk. Click the link below to enter the site, you will be prompted to enter a username and a password. You should enter the same password you have been given into both the username and password boxes.
