Household Rubbish
On Basement Level B1 near the entry ramp are wheely bins where you may place household rubbish. This is collected once a week.
Fridge / Freezer Collection
The council will collect these free of charge, ring 020 7525 2183 or 2188 to book a collection. It is possible to leave these outside (with the porters approval only please!) so you don’t need to be in when they visit.
Bulky items / Furniture Collection
Again the council will pick these up free of charge ring 020 7525 2457 to make an appointment.
Collection of building rubble or other stuff
The council will pick up anything not covered above. Call the trade waste team on 020 7525 2185. They will make a “reasonable charge” for this service. Alternatively the porter has some phone numbers for private waste collection services. Alternatively you could take whatever it is to the local dump.
