A glass of cold water and airing the room helps me go to bed quickly. Fresh air must be in the room when you go to bed, so I recommend airing the room an hour before bedtime. It really helps, but I often forget to do it, so I decided to buy a vicks humidifier here https://wypur.ie/p/mini-cool-mist-humidifier-and-air-purifier/ . And now my room is always comfortable.

I take a hot shower before I go to bed. It helps me to relax and fall asleep faster.
